Choco-Coaching
with Judit Nagy
A unique event and method that uses sensory experiences to help you identify and transform your limiting patterns.
Did you know that fine chocolate has a distinctive sound and "talk" to you even before you taste it? This thousands-year-old culture can help open you up and reach even your deepest inner resistances.
After a four-year development process, I launched a unique, sensory- and taste-based method in 2015: Choco-Coaching. This approach places chocolate - loved by almost everyone - at the heart of the self-awareness journey.
With dozens of self-organised and corporate events behind me, I can confidently say that this method works remarkably well for most people and offers deep discoveries into our communication styles, blockages, and relationships.

Chocolate is your guide to discover your potential.
Want to get to know more about my method in detail?
Choco-Coaching is an exceptional opportunity for busy people to step out of their routine thinking and discover their personal impact through senses, flavors, and mindful reflection.
How we communicate matters more than we think. Research, including studies from Stanford University, shows that clear, well-structured communication increases confidence and reduces stress. To develop these skills, we use mindful chocolate tasting as a unique tool. By exploring flavours, scents, and textures, you become aware of unconscious habits that may limit your confidence—and gain a fresh, unconventional perspective.
Through the chocolate tasting experience, we explore:
How presence and inner conviction strengthen your communication
How to influence and connect naturally, without pressure
How to speak with authenticity and impact, moving from fear to focus
